Dear colleagues,

We invite all interested authors to submit works related to their areas of research, provided that the same work has never been published before in other journals. The time limit set for receiving completed works for the first issue of the journal is April 1, and for the second October 1.

You are kindly advised to follow   INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS and to fill in THE STATEMENT CONCERNING ORIGINALITY OF THE WORK.

After the work is successfully submitted, the author will recieve the response of acceptance   automatically. After the preliminary review the editorial board may send the work back to the author for additional improvement or send it directly to the reviewers for further reading. The reviewing process lasts for two weeks. The copy of the work will be sent back to the authors for further correction. The work should be corrected and sent to the editor in chief within two weeks. After the final version of the work has been accepted the authors should not make any changes in the text.
