Dear colleagues,

We invite all interested authors to submit papers from their field of research, provided that they have not been previously published in other journals. The deadline for submitting complete papers for the first issue is November 1, for the second issue April 1, and for the third issue August 1.

You are kindly advised to follow   INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AUTHORS and to fill in THE STATEMENT CONCERNING ORIGINALITY OF THE WORK.

After the work is successfully submitted, the author will recieve the response of acceptance   automatically. After the preliminary review the editorial board may send the work back to the author for additional improvement or send it directly to the reviewers for further reading. The reviewing process lasts for two weeks. The copy of the work will be sent back to the authors for further correction. The work should be corrected and sent to the editor in chief within two weeks. After the final version of the work has been accepted the authors should not make any changes in the text.
